Quarter teaspoon of mustard seeds can be soaked in a tablespoon of water for one hour. The water can be retained and ingested with this process being repeated 2-3 times in a day.
Pomegranate seeds can be eaten or the juice can be ingested. If you have pomegranate tree at your place you can boiled its leaves in water and can take the concoction thrice a day.
Lime or lemon juice can be taken to flush out the toxins from the body. The juice can be mixed with water, salt and sugar.
Other Home Remedies for Diarrhea or Loose Motion
There are other home remedies for diarrhea or loose motion such as sago, honey, water, leaves of fenugreek (Venthayam), dry ginger powder, and buttermilk. Remember to hydrate your body very well after a bout of loose motion to restore the lost water content. Help your digestive system to recuperate with semi solid or liquid foods.
